Compl.AI is a Swiss AI compliance platform (“the Compliance OS for banks”) that automates sanctions and adverse-media screening, onboarding and KYC review, corporate mapping and AML monitoring for FINMA-supervised institutions, with an immutable audit trail behind every decision. In a 2026 production pilot at a leading Swiss bank, compliance officers measured a 70% average reduction in hands-on screening time.

We are based in Geneva, Switzerland, and incubated at FONGIT, the Geneva deep-tech incubator. The platform is built Swiss-first: Zurich hosting, data residency enforced in the codebase, and the vocabulary of Swiss supervision — CDB 20, AMLA, MROS — built into the product rather than bolted on.

Our conviction is simple: compliance officers should spend their judgment on the cases that need it, not their hours on the reading that machines do better. A manual review realistically covers 10–20 articles per case; the engine reads all of them, in 75 languages, and shows exactly what was checked — because more diligence and less effort should be the same motion.
